Any person who wish to engage himself/herself in manufacturing, dealing and repairing any weight and measure or commodities concerning weight and measures should hold a license issued by the controller of legal metrology under the legal metrology act, 2009 & the JHARKHAND Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.
