No person shall repair or possess for repair any weight or measure unless he holds a license of repairer issued by the Controller of Legal Metrology under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 & the JHARKHAND Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011. Provide that a person who bonafide repairs any weight or measure owned or possessed by him shall not require a repairer license.
